We hope to answer some of the most common questions we recieve here!

Preorders 

When an item is available as 'Preorder Only' it will be labelled as [ PREORDER ] next to the item name! 

The description of the item usually has the estimated arrival date of the item. But as an average we always aim to have the item sent out within 3-4 months of ordering! The item will be manufactured, shipped to us and then to you! 

Average Shipment Time

We aim to have your order out as soon as it arrives with us! We are based within the United Kingdom, therefore once your order has shipped and you have recieved a confirmation email of it being dispatced, it takes between 5-7 business days to arrive within the destination country.

Import Duty and Customs

Unfortunately Import Duty and Customs is not calculated at checkout. Therefore if your destination country charges an Import Fee, the recipient will be charged.
